How it all started
Hero Electric have launched its 1st e-Scooter in India in the year of 2007. They are the pioneer in developing cutting edge EV technology in India and promoting the same.
Between 2011-2012, they have acquired Ultra Motors to have a strong foothold in the global electric 2-wheeler market. They also reached the 100 dealership network during this period.
During the years of 2016 and 2017, they have launched India’s 1st Li-ion powered e-Scooter in India. They have also developed the innovative charge at home battery package for its scooters.
From 2018 till 2019, they have implemented complete Li-ion technology on their entire e-Scooter and e-Bike range. They have already crossed 500+ dealerships in India.
They have also acquired SA-8000 certification during this phase.
