For that we have taken following criteria into consideration :
- Power (electricity) consumption slabs across all states in India
- State-wise and slab-wise unit price of power consumption in India
- Fuel cost (petrol / diesel) across the states in India. To maintain an uniformity, the highest cost / L is considered in a given state if multiple rates are present
- ARAI specified mileage / range is considered for the vehicles
